Skanda specialises in industrial service of tank terminals, tanks and process plants, generally risk companies designated SEVESO. This includes all statutory inspections of valves, all types of pipelines, with supply of all types of media such as oil, gas, water etc.
Service built on project relationships and trust
We start the dialogue with the customer at an early stage, during the execution of the main task. This gives us great advantages in terms of knowledge and economy, as operational savings can often be realised during execution if the agreements are followed.
We can service all tank terminals and process plants, whether we have built them ourselves or not - our experience means we have the right skills to navigate any facility. Our senior service technicians are trained and have specialised courses such as ATEX, Hot Work, the road as a workplace, and the required supplier instructions for servicing their components. In addition, they naturally have the right welding certificates in steel and PE, where required.
Service tasks are also carried out in the pharmaceutical industry, with remodelling of PE and PP tanks, process expansion and shot down. These tasks are of course handled by employees with experience and expertise in the construction of plastic plants.
Service assignments can be carried out all over the country, originating from our offices in Frederikshavn, Mariager, Aarhus and Copenhagen.
Framework agreements for service:
Service is often included as part of the framework agreement, which can include both construction work and subsequent service. This creates the framework for the execution and, not least, the economy. This allows us and the customer to focus on the best solutions and jointly optimise operations, thereby creating a healthy foundation for development and innovative thinking.
