We offer all forms of cooperation, from turnkey and turnkey contracts to specialised tasks and industrial service.<\/p>\n<h2>Typical tasks are:<\/h2>\n<h2>Pipes and hoses<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspection, service and refurbishment of valves and pumps<\/li>\n<li>Valves and pumps are lubricated and checked according to maintenance procedures<\/li>\n<li>Tightness and pressure testing of pipework and valve systems<\/li>\n<li>Tightness and pressure testing of hoses (incl. documentation)<\/li>\n<li>Bunker hoses, delivery hoses, STS hoses etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ultrasonic residual thickness measurement on pipes\/piping systems (at critical points)<\/li>\n<li>Visual inspection of surface treatment on pipes and supports etc.<\/li>\n<li>Checking and servicing mechanical equipment and components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Refuelling<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Full tank inspection (not EEMUA), including random checks for residual thickness and corrosion.<\/li>\n<li>Visual inspection of tank-mounted equipment<\/li>\n<li>Ultrasonic residual thickness measurement on tanks - Bottom, wrap and top<\/li>\n<li>Visual inspection of rust protection and paint on tanks.<\/li>\n<li>\u201dHoliday\u201d test on tank coating inside and outside (via partner)<\/li>\n<li>Checking and servicing pressure\/vacuum valves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Other service and maintenance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Checking and servicing carbon filters<\/li>\n<li>Checking and servicing flame traps<\/li>\n<li>Control and service of product infeed\/outfeed systems<\/li>\n<li>Loading points for trucks and ships, including breakaway couplings, import valves, loading arms, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Visual\/mechanical control of colour systems<\/li>\n<li>Condition assessment of equipment on the entire tank farm<\/li>\n<li>Visual inspection of rust protection on stairs, walkways, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Visual inspection of the condition of tank farm walls and foundations including joints and tendon steel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Other<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>After completion of each inspection and service, a service report is prepared for the condition of the system and any repair proposals<\/li>\n<li>Frequency and scope of checks and service visits are agreed individually<\/li>\n<li>Estimates for service and possible repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Service agreement is drawn up<\/li>\n<li>Fixed price or in bill + materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-2522","ydelser","type-ydelser","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/skanda.dk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ydelser\/2522","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/skanda.dk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ydelser"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/skanda.dk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ydelser"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/skanda.dk\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2522"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
