This applies to the technical condition of the facilities, future goals, budgets as well as the design, planning and execution of the work. In strategic partnerships, Skanda has the maximum opportunity to bring all our experience, competences and methods into play to provide the customer with the best infrastructure solution.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Strategic collaboration improves quality, project and operational economy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The benefits are realised through strategic partnerships where the client shares their ideas about the challenges and their wishes for a solution from the start. This requires openness, trust and good dialogue. In return, Skanda's experience and expertise is made available.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Better prioritisation, design and execution of contracts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skanda enters into strategic partnerships to provide customers with synergies that were not otherwise evident, thus contributing to an improved design of the project. In return, we as a contractor gain greater predictability and better capacity utilisation. We can work according to budgets that are maintained and documented in collaboration with the customer.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Strategic co-operation within Tank terminals, process plants, PtX and oil &amp; gas transmission<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, we have a strategic partnership with Samtank A\/S and Nynas A\/S.
